Apartment's staff is accommodating and amazing. There's views over the lake. The location is marvellous and best possible if you want to access Thai vi Temple, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the property. Also, it's next to restaurants as well as lake.

Family atmosphere and everything was brand-new.
Good pool and tidy room with comfortable beds. Staff was courteous and charming, helped us with everything. Our experience was FANTASTIC - recommend.

The staff at the homestay were super friendly and excellent. The location was particularly good for Ninh Binh, close to the mountains and nestled just off the centre of the village near the restaurants and shops, by a flowing river and the riverside.

Had a great time during Christmas at this homestay! The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious and the river view from the terrace was stunning. , the family running the place were extremely friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for nearby attractions. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do.
The construction noise was quite bothersome during our stay. It was a bit disappointing to have the peace and tranquility of the location disrupted by the noise of ongoing construction.

I really enjoyed that there were an electric kettle, air conditioning, and multi-channel television. The location was magnificent and the best possible, just next door to the pier. We met accommodating staff there.

Great location, nestled in the mountains with plenty of shops, restaurants, and even a temple nearby. Easy access to taxis made getting around a breeze. 🌄

The people working there are excellent, have a big heart. The rooms are with a big a comfortable bed and exceptionally clean and cosy.It has a very central location close to tickets for the Tam Coc River boat tour, the centre of the village where all the restaurants and shops are, and the beautiful garden.

The homestay met all our needs and we would definitely recommend it. It's a brilliant place for sightseeing in Ninh Binh. The location is magnificent and convenient, especially for visiting Ha Long Bay. It's close enough to Tam Coc, and the surrounding mountains, restaurants, and shops are easily accessible.

The value for money at this homestay is unbeatable and the rooms are comfortable. The location right by the river and the friendly staff made our stay truly memorable.

The staff at Tam Coc River View Homestay is always top-class and courteous. The location of the homestay is marvellous, as it is next to the river and Tam Coc. Additionally, you can visit Thai vi Temple, making it a brilliant place for exploring Ninh Binh tourist places.

The location of this homestay is simply breathtaking. It is nestled in a lovely area so pretty, surrounded by mountains and close to the center. Guests can enjoy the beautiful view from small boats while cruising along the river. The rooms are beautifully designed, with a lush green garden inside the premises. The staff is helpful and friendly, offering bike and bicycle rentals at affordable prices.
The insulation is not good, as guests could hear their neighbors and the family during meals.

What a lovely family! We stayed at Tam Coc Riverview for one night and they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From picking us up at the bus station to arranging activities and providing helpful local tips, their hospitality was exceptional. The dorm rooms were cozy and clean, with good facilities. Free bikes and affordable motorbikes were available for exploring the area. The breakfast was delicious and the family's enthusiasm and warmth made us feel right at home. We wish we could have extended our stay longer!
